EGM

We will be holding an Extra Ordinary General meeting on Thursday 17th December at 7.30pm in the Committee Room at our indoor venue.  This will be for the first agenda point of the committee meeting which is to agree the revised constitution of the club.  All members are welcome to attend and vote on this point. Once this has been agreed, the meeting will be a normal committee meeting and all members are invited to stay if they wish.

    We have a revised and updated constitution and i needs to be ratified at either an AGM or EGM.
